Il Tripesce farmhouse is located in Tuscany, on the Etruscan Coast of Livorno. It is immersed in a splendid olive grove and is 3 km from the beaches of Vada.
You can breathe the scent of the sea and the countryside in a quiet and familiar atmosphere. The apartments are all on the ground floor and have a large and exclusive garden.

At Tripesce you will have the pleasure of spending your holiday in a very large and comfortable apartment, equipped with comforts (air conditioning, wifi connection, dishwasher ...) and an outdoor area where there is a veranda where you can have lunch or spend pleasant moments with the your family in the shade of an olive tree. You will be able to spend a quality holiday here at the Tripesce in the name of relaxation and good living.
At your disposal the 16 x 8 meter swimming pool surrounded by a large solarium equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas as well as all the open spaces of the surrounding farm where you can find barbecues, play areas for children and much more.
Apart from being comfortable, the apartments have also been designed with an eye to environmental protection.
In the company since 2009 there is a photovoltaic system for the production of electricity. The waste water is treated with a phytodepuration plant.

The farm has been cultivating for over 50 years: cereals, olive trees, vegetables and fruit , and offers customers the opportunity to buy freshly harvested seasonal vegetables.
The context is ideal, we are in the open countryside, a few km from the sea, near the medieval villages of Bolgheri and Castagneto Carducci, on the Wine Road of the Etruscan Coast.
The cities of art such as Volterra, Pisa, Siena and Florence can be reached by car in a short time.
